PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, Palawan — Local carrier Cebu Pacific has announced cancellation of a flight bound to Manila from Iloilo due to the eruption of Kanlaon Volcano on Monday, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) said in a Facebook post.
